Apostle Whey Cheese products are made from only the finest and freshest raw materials. The cows health and dietary needs are closely monitored and managed to keep quality milk production to the highest premium.

With a variety of cheeses to choose from you are bound to find something which suits your taste perfectly. Apostle Whey Cheese will be producing a range of soft cheeses, such as blue and white mould (Camembert & Brie), Feta and a variety of semi hard and soft cheese of various flavours.

Over time other varieties will be added depending on what may be requested by our clientele and our endeavours to source flavoursome cheeses that will tantalise the palate.

Use them in sandwiches, salads, on pizza and Lasagne, with pasta, risotto and of course with the old favourite entertainer the cheese platter. Enjoy the possibilities!
Feta ("Apostle Crumble")

A soft, white, crumbly cheese with traditionally a sharp tangy taste that goes well in salads (especially greek recipes) and on pizza. Feta differs from other cheese's as it has been marinated in various herbs to produce a delightful flavour.

Storage:
Store in a sealed tub or plastic wrap. Refrigerate at 4 degree's.

Freezing not recommended.
Blue Vein ("Misty Moonlight Heads")

The Blue Veins give this creamy tasting cheese its unique, lively and distinct taste, making it an excellent addition to any salad, sauce and with fruit on the cheeseboard.

Storage:
Wrap in waxed or greaseproof paper. Refrigerate at 4 degree's.

Brie ("Southern Breeze")
Brie has a velvety white rind with a buttery, mushroomy centre when ripe. This soft cheese is delicious on crusty white bread among many other combinations.

Storage:
Wrap in original packaging or waxed or greaseproof paper. Refrigerate at 4 degree's.

Camembert ("Loch Ard Gorgeous")

A soft popular cheese very similar to Brie with its creamy golden interior. A must on any cheese platter.
